Absolutely horrible experience. First, I had to wait for 2 weeks to get my order E-309006**** instead of the promised 2 days.
Then it turned out they replaced my order with some junk without even contacting me first.
I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED VELLEMAN HIGH QUALITY BREADBOARDS AND INSTEAD RECEIVED COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BRAND!!! I also emailed them the pictures. They know they messed up! I contacted them prior to posting this review in hope they would resolve this issue.
Mr Matt T. from their customer service was very rude, didn't listen to me and told me I had to ship it back at my own expense in order to get a refund. Really???
The breadboards were for YouTube reviews and educational project videos. And Mr.
Matt T. told me they don't care about their reputation on YouTube. Ok.
I have shipped their product back in the same condition I had received it. Now they claim I have damaged it and charged me 25% restocking fee even though I sent me the wrong product in the first place!!!
Instead of making a full refund of $161.95 they refunded $104.10. WHAT?!?! I called them, they put me on a hold. When I told them I am recording our conversation to protect my customer rights, they just stopped communicating.
I wonder why?! Also, they started calling me a breadboard guy? hm..
How nice.
Anyway, I have never received my full refund! Currently, I am in the process of filing a case against EIO with FTC.

From Customer Service Supervisor: "You agreed to this term when you placed your order. This item is also non-cancellable but we let you cancel it.
Nowhere does it say in stock and if you looked at the banner on all pages you would see it was out of stock."My Request: Yes and the policy states the "10% will apply on a case by case basis." My case should be evaluated for a full refund as there was no estimated ship date, and I did wait several months prior to cancelling the order when it became evident that the order was not likely to be fulfilled. Please reevaluate and escalate to management.

Drop ship has been heavily affected by the CCP virus. I dismissed my order.
EIO were very quick to refund my money. I tell you this Pitney and Bowes can really give suppliers a bad name do to their lack of logical logistics.

EIO.COM Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
EIO.COM. I made a purchase but apparently didn't change EIO's default shipping choice of expedited shipping to FREE shipping as they advertised (they trick you to try to get more money out of you...). So, they charged me for expedited shipping. I requested to cancel the order the same day I purchased it when I noticed the charges. They waited on their laurels 9 days before actually shipping the item, and they sent it First Class USPS mail which I do not consider to be EXPEDITED shipping! They refused to cancel the order. They refused to issue an RMA to allow me to return the item for a full refund. They did not respond to any of my E-mails or to my messages on their customer service web form on their web site.
BEWARE... Once you press the purchase button, there is NO RECOURSE. Even PayPal will side with the seller! You are are basically shafted.
I recommend never to purchase from EIO.COM unless you are purchasing from a larger web site like eBay, Amazon, etc. Basically sites where you can add your review and feedback of the transaction which will protect the buyer more than when buying directly with seller's dicey web sites. These guys have NEVER read a book on Customer Service and they lack education on ETHICS ------ which they have NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Then, they have the gall to send you a flyer that says "FREE Shipping on most items"... really? Are you kidding me?

I personally experienced the same exact issue. Finally I cannot bear any more and chose to fight back.
I complained to BBB and Attorney General office. I got my full refund.
